What would help you thrive now with all the challenges of our families, communities, politics, wars, and climate chaos? What would help you not just get up in the morning, but get up with a sense of mission and delight. What might help you deal with the despair that is so prevalent—not by transcending or ignoring it, but by diving in, finding your nuggets of gold, and then moving forward. What practices might help you relax so you can respond to life from ease and wisdom, rather than reaction? During this course we will consider these questions and more, drawing on many renowned practices and perhaps make up a few of our own. We’ll connect with each other for support, connection, and creativity because none of us can do this alone. We’ll come together in class and maybe even in life. Choose from one or both 6-week sessions. We got you!

5:00 to 5:30p ET (We generally stay together until 5:40 but the meditation always ends by 5:30.)

While this is a series class, and will build week to week, each class will also be a complete experience in itself and is available as a drop in.
